Streadio (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website and (if applicable) the Streadio Radio mobile application (the “Service”). By downloading or using the Service, these terms automatically apply to you — please read them carefully before using the Service.

You may not copy, modify, translate, or create derivative versions of the app, its trademarks, or its source code. All intellectual property rights remain with us.

Changes & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the Service or charge for parts of it at any time, for any reason. We will never charge you without clearly disclosing what you’re paying for.

Use of the Service & Data

The Service stores and processes data you provide to it, in order to deliver functionality. It’s your responsibility to keep your device and access credentials secure (for example, avoid rooting/jailbreaking your device, which may reduce security).

Internet & Data Charges

The Service requires an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible for limitations or disruptions in connectivity. If using mobile data, your device’s data plan and roaming charges apply. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept those costs.

Third-Party Content and Streams

Streadio is a radio and podcast discovery platform that provides access to publicly available audio streams and content from third-party broadcasters and content providers.

Streadio does not host, transmit, create, or control the audio content made available through third-party streams. All streams are provided directly by their respective broadcasters or content owners.

Streadio is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, legality, copyright compliance, licensing, or broadcasting rights of any third-party stream or content provider. Any concerns regarding a specific stream should be directed to the broadcaster or rights holder responsible for that content.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any stream or content at our discretion, including in response to legal requests, copyright claims, or technical issues.

No Responsibility for Failures

We are not liable for failure of the Service to work fully if you lack connectivity or data. We also disclaim liability for technical problems on your hardware, software, or network.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
